Went Christmas Eve and got cupcakes, macarons and coffee/hot chocolates. All were delicious however my daughter dropped her cupcake before she even got back to the table! I gave her money for another and she came back with a new cupcakes and a big smile, she was given a replacement without having to pay!! Bloody awesome service, really appreciated!! 5 star
